Ulrike Sturm has worked as a visual artist and printmaker since 1993. She works predominantly in printmedia (linocuts, etchings, screenprints). She also creates large-scale vinyl wall artworks, makes artist books and drawings. Her work has been shown in exhibitions in Australia, Japan, USA and Germany.

She teaches in the Bachelor of Visual Arts program at TAFE QLD South Bank in Brisbane (in partnership with the University of Canberra).
